James Gilmore Elementary School is an elementary school in the Seafair neighbourhood of Richmond, British Columbia, which opened in 1958. It is attended by children in Kindergarten through to Grade 7, after which point most students move on to attend either Hugh Boyd Secondary School or for French immersion students, McMath Secondary School.
The school sports teams are all called the Gilmore Griffins. As of 2007, the current school principal is Laurel Crosby, and the vice-principal is Rusty Mason.
James Gilmore has offered a French immersion program since 1982, and the school's full bilingual name is École James Gilmore Elementary School.
